KAASI ALWA - Homemade easy sweet snacks

KAASI  ALWA :

Ingredients :

 

White Pumpkin  - 2 cup ( Grated )

Sugar   - 1 ½  cup

Ghee – 1 cup

Almond nuts  -  5

Cashew nuts  -  10

Milk  - 2 Tablespoon

Saffron  or  Kesari Color

Cardamom powder

 

Procedure :

o   Cute the White Pumpkin into small pieces and remove the pumpkin skin and grated .

o   White Pumpkin Squeezed by hand well

o   Heat the Saffron  with milk

o   If Kesari powder mix in water

o   Take Gee with another ban and heat it

o   Mix the white pumpkin with Gee

o   After change the color

o   Heat until the color changed

o   Mix the sugar

o   Mix the Saffron  or kesari powder

o   Mix the Cardamom powder

o   Stop the heat

o   Mix the Almond nuts and cashew nuts
