Banana Orange Milk Shake

Banana Orange Milk Shake

What a great , refreshing way to meet the morning! You get some healthy fruit an did a calcium boost – and no one will say you can’t have a milk shake for breakfast. (it’s also a wonderful, kid- pleasing snack)

Serves 2 (1 cup)

¾ cup plain fat – free yogurt
½ cup cold unsweetened orange juice
¼ cup SPLENDA Granular
1 cup ( 1 medium ) diced banana

In a blender container, combine yoghurt, orange juice, and SPLENDA. Cover and process on BLEND for 10 seconds. Add banana. Re-cover and process on VBLEND for 15 to 20 seconds or until mixture is smooth. Serve at once.
