Apple
Orchard Slaw
Too many cooks-in-a hurry forget just
how delightful a festive side salad can be, especially one like this that takes
few minutes to stir up and is good all year round.
Serves 4(1 cup)
½ cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider
vinegar
2 tablespoons SPLENDA Granular
3 cup purchased coleslaw
mix
1 ½ cups (3 small) cored,
unpeeled, and finely chopped
Red
delicious apple
2 tablespoon chopped
pecans
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise,
vinegar, and SPLENDA. Add coleslaw mix, apples, and pecans. Mix well to
combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just
before serving.
