Sweet Mango pickle - Home made easy pickle

Sweet Mango pickle

Ingredients

Large mango  - 1
Sugar    - 2 cup 
Salt  -  1 tsp 
Chili powder - as you required
Cumin powder -  Slightly  
Turmeric powder - Slightly



Procedure :


  1. Clean and freshen mango, carrot like to snoop. 
  2. So all of the above ingredients (except cumin) are mixed together and put in a jar and put it in the sun daily 
  3. Following a month-long daily stirring well to leave it in the sun to keep 
  4. Cumin Powder should be mixed with the smooth 
  5. Keep this sweet pickles eaten throughout the year 
  6. Children are very like this sweet Mango Pickle

Chicken Briyani - Home made easy recipe Tamil Samayal

Chicken Briyani :
Chicken Briyani is the very tasty Indian food. All age people are like this Briyani. This this the best and easy recipe for Holidays and Functions. In many functions and parties this is the main recipe and also easy home made recipe. Tamil Samayal kurippu . We can prepare fast this briyani recipe.


Ingredients :

Chicken meat (large pieces) - 1/2 kg 
Large onion - 2 
Tomato - 2 
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tablespoons 
Karuvapattai - 5 
Cardamom - 5 
Bay leaf - 2 
Cardamom - 2 
Green chillies - 3 
Chilly - 1/2 tsp 
Chicken Masala - 2 tsp 
Mint leaf - 1 handle 
Coriander leaves - 1 handle 
Oil - 2 tablespoon 
Ghee - 1 table spoon 
Salt - to taste 

Procedure :
1. Wash pieces of chicken meat with clean water. 
2. Cut the Big Onion and green chilies  separately. 
3. Cut the Tomato into smaller pieces. 
4. Put in oven in stove and put oil, ghee poured both dried add the cinnamon bark, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf. 
5. After put chopped large onions , green chili and  fry it well. 
6. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook again fry it well  
7. After add the ginger and garlic paste, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green fragrance will add up (about 3 minutes on medium heat) cook well. 
8. Add the chicken meat along with and cook in the oil well. 
9. Then add the salt, chilly,  chicken masala cook well. 
10. Add enough water to the rice ( Water is equal to 2 times of Rice), put the lid on the cooker whistles than the speed of the turn. 
11. Check the salt and taste after the 2 whistle in cooker, if you need salt and chili powder added . 
12. Add the Soak laying pilau rice and close the cooker and cook well for 2 whistle (about 15 minutes) . 
13. After 2 whistle then stop the stove and removed from the oven, cooker of the spirit, stir well and open and serve it.

  1. Brinjal - 1 Large size 
  2. Basmati - 2 cups 
  3. Onion - 1 
  4. Tomato - 1 
  5. Green chilies - 6 
  6. Paul (a) coconut milk - 3 cups 
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 table spoon 
  8. Turmeric - 1/4 tea spoon 
  9. Ghee - 1 table spoon 
  10. Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon 
  11. Anise - 1 tea spoon 
  12. Mint, coriander - 1 handle 
  13. Salt-oil - as needed 


Roasted items


  1. Cardamom - 3 
  2. Pattai - a small piece 
  3. Cloves - 4 
  4. Bay leaf - 2 


Method 


  1.  Cut the Onion and tomato into slices and cut green chilies.Cut the Brinjal in longitudinally. 
  2.  Wash the rice and soak for 10 minutes. Then shed light on the rear 1/2 tsp ghee, fry separately. 
  3. 1/2 table spoon of ghee and oil in a pressure cooker, put and roast the onion , tomato, green chilies , Ginger garlic paste and Brinjal one by one slowly.
  4.  After that add salt , turmeric powder and rice with coriander mint-lemon juice cooked take up to 3 whistles. 


* Note: The best combo with steamed potatoes.

Beef and Vegetable soup - Home made easy soup

Beef and Vegetable soup :

 

Ingredients :

1)      125 grams thiny sliced pasandas cut into about 1” square pieces (undercut)

2)       1 cup mixed  vegetable ( e.g carrots , French beans, cabbage )

3)       1 Tomato

4)      4 green onion “flowe” ( for garnishing )

5)      4 bouillon cubes

6)      I tsp ajinomoto salt

 

Procedure :

               Dissolve the bouillon cubes in four cups of water and bring to a boil . Add the sliced beef and cook till done

 

               Cut the vegetables into pieces and add to the soup and boil for one minute. Add the seasonings and boil for further minute. Pour into a large bowl. Garnish with onion flowers.

               To Make the onion “FLOWER”

               Cut onions 1 ½ - 2 inch lengths of firm green spring onion stalks , then cut down one third way from each end. Drop them into cold ices water and the ends will spring out into circular fringes or “flowers”.

KAASI ALWA - Homemade easy sweet snacks

KAASI  ALWA :

Ingredients :

 

White Pumpkin  - 2 cup ( Grated )

Sugar   - 1 ½  cup

Ghee – 1 cup

Almond nuts  -  5

Cashew nuts  -  10

Milk  - 2 Tablespoon

Saffron  or  Kesari Color

Cardamom powder

 

Procedure :

o   Cute the White Pumpkin into small pieces and remove the pumpkin skin and grated .

o   White Pumpkin Squeezed by hand well

o   Heat the Saffron  with milk

o   If Kesari powder mix in water

o   Take Gee with another ban and heat it

o   Mix the white pumpkin with Gee

o   After change the color

o   Heat until the color changed

o   Mix the sugar

o   Mix the Saffron  or kesari powder

o   Mix the Cardamom powder

o   Stop the heat

o   Mix the Almond nuts and cashew nuts

 

 

 

 

CARROT SOUP - Home made Easy healthy Vegetable Soup

CARROT SOUP :

Ingredients :

Onion -1

Carrots – ¼ kg

Green chilli – 1

Ginger – 1 inch piece

Mint leaves – 5

Fresh Cream – 2 Tbl.sps

Water – 3 cups

Processed Cheese – 1 Cube

Salt and Sugar

Pepper powder

Butter – 2 Tsp

 

Procedure  :

1)      Drop whole carrots in hot water and keep closed for 2 to 3 min

2)      Drain water and chop into medium sized pieces

3)      Heat little butter and fry chopped onions for 2 minutes in reduced flame

4)      Take a clean cloth and tie green chilli , ginger and coarsely chopped mint in that .

5)      Take 3 cups of water in pressure cooker and add onion , carrots and tied muslin bag in that

6)      Pressure cook for 5 to 7 min

7)      Remove from fire and cool down

8)      Squeeze and discard the spice bag

9)      Blend the vegetables in a mixie and strain through a sieve

10)   Dilute with water as per taste and add salt

11)   Heat till boiling point , stirring constantly

12)   Add pepper powder and finely graced cheese just before serving

Chicken Noodle Soup - Easy Non veg home made recipe

Chicken Noodle Soup   :

This soup is very helpful young age people .

 

Ingredients :

 

4-5 piece of chicken

1 carrot diced

½ cup cooked noodles

1 small onion

¼ cup celery with leaves

4-5 peppercorns

2 cloves

Lemon juice

Few leaves of spring

Onion

 

Procedure :

1.      Take the chicken pieces in vessel .

2.      Add 8 cups of water and bring slowly to a boil 

3.      Remove the accumulated foam

4.      Add onion celery , peppercorns , cloves and salt

5.      Cover and simmer till the chicken is ready .

6.      Strain through a sieve

7.      Remove chicken pieces

8.      Separate meat from bones and shred it

9.      Add shreded meat and cooked noodles into the stock and bring to a boil

10.   Remove from fire

11.   Squeeze lime juice

12.   Pour in a soup bowl

13.   Served with leaves of spring onion

Chicken Cream soup - Non-veg homemade easy soup

CHICKEN CREAM SOUP :

Ingredients :

½ cup cooked chicken meat ( shreded )

4 cups chicken stock

2 table spoon  butter

2 table spoon flour or corn flour

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp ajinomoto

1 table spoon cream per serving

Procedure :


Melt the butter on a low heat
Stir in the flour fry lightly
Add the chicken stock slowly so no lumps form
Add the shreded chicken
Boil for 1 minute , stirring constantly
Add the seasonings
Add the cream
Serve hot

Drumstick soup - Home made easy and Men's healthy soup

DRUMSTICK SOUP :

Ingredients :
Drumsticks – 3 ( cut into big pieces )
Onion – 1
Garlic – flake ( crused )
Green gram dhal – 1 ½  Tbl.sps
Tomato – 1 small
Coarsely crushed cumin and pepper  - tsp
Salt and sugar – as required

For white sauce :
Milk – ½ cup
Corn flour – 1 Table sp.


Procedure :

Steam drumsticks in pressure cooker till it is cooked
Scoop out the pulp using spoon
Chop onion and tomatoes into small pieces
Cook dhal with crushed garlic , onion and tomato in pressure cooker ( Tie cumin and pepper in a muslin and put it in the dhal while cooking )
Cool down after cooking and discard the spice bag .
Blend it along with drumstick pulp in mixie
Strain or pass through a sieve and dilute with water
Make white sauce with corn flour and milk , cool down
Mix it with cold soup, dilute with water and then reheat the soup with enough salt and sugar
Serve hot with soup sticks

BEETROOT SOUP - Home made easy soup recipe

BEETROOT SOUP :

This is a very easy home made soup and health for men’s problems and children’s growth .
Beetroot – 1 ( medium size )
Big Onion – 1 ½
Carrot  - 1
Potato  1 small
Cumin seed  - a pinch
Garlic  -  1 flake ( crushed )
Salt and pepper  - as required
Sugar – 1 ½ tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce – ½ tsp
Capsico  sauce  - ¼ tsp
Milk – ½ cu

Procedure :

  1. Dice all the vegetable into ½  inch cubes
  2. Heat little butter in a pressure pan and fry crushed garlic and then onion , with a pinch of cumin seed
  3. After a minute or two add all the other vegetables and fry for one or two minutes .
  4. Pour two cups of water and pressure cook in reduced flame till one whistle .
  5. Cool down and then blend it in a mixie
  6. Strain through a sieve and dilute it with another 3 cups of water .
  7. Reheat in reduced flame with salt and sugar
  8. Just before serving mix pepper powder , chopped coriander leaves and sauces to th soup
  9. Hot milk can be mixed at this point
  10. Serve hot with small salt biscuits

Use of Pressure Cooker - Tamil Smayal Tips

Use of Pressure Cooker :

A pressure cooker can also be used for making soups . While cooking in a Pressure cooker , the colour , flavor and nutrients are retained . The cooking time is also reduced . But do not overcook the vegetables . Always half fill the Cooker or Pressure pan , so that the water while cooking will not overflow . Dilute it afterwards if necessary . Vegetables tastes good if cooked in low flame .

Backed Italian Chicken

If you don’t always feel like turning on your oven in the warmer months , consider upgrading your toaster oven to one that’s roomy enough to handle my favorite baking dish , the 8-by-8-inch pan .

 

You may have to adjust cooking times for your new oven , but you will be pleased how much cooler your house is .

 

16 ounces skinned and boned uncooked chicken breast , cut into 4 pieces .

 

1 ( 8 ounce ) can tomato sauce

1 ( 8 ounce ) can tomatoes , finely chopped and untrained

1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons SPLENDA Granular

¼ cup grated reduced-fat Parmesan cheese

1 ( 4 ounce ) jar sliced mushrooms , drained

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees . spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with olive oil-flavored cooking spray . Evenly arrange chicken pieces in prepared baking dish . In a medium bowl , combine tomato sauce , undrained tomatoes , Italian seasoning , and SPLENDA . Stir in Parmesan cheese and mushrooms . Spoon sauce mixture evenly over chicken pieces . Bake for 45 minutes or u

  Ntil chicken is tender . When serving evenly spoon sauce mixture over chicken pieces .

Tomato Soup - Home made easy soup recipe

Tomato Soup – Home made easy soup recipe

 

Ingredients :

Tomatoes : 1 Kg

Onions – 2  ( Medium Sized )

Fresh Ginger  - 1  and half inch Piece

Carrot – 1 ( Chopped finely )

Beet root – Small piece

Salt and pepper powder  - as required

Sugar – as per taste

Method

1.      Dice onions and tomatoes into big pieces

2.      Peel and chop ginger

3.      Take all thr chopped vegetables in a vessel and pour enough water to cover the pieces.

4.      Cook in medium flame till tomatoes become just tender ( or ) Pressure cook till one whistle .

5.      Cool down thoroughly and discard beetroot piece .

6.      Blend in mixie and then strain through broad eyed strainer to remove seeds and skin.

7.      If necessary dilute it with water and reheat with salt and sugar .

8.      Just before serving sprinkle pepper powder .

9.      Serve hot in soup bowls with fried bread croutons .

Note :

Never allow the soup to over boil . Heat till boiling point only in medium flame stirring in between . If any soup is over boiled it loose its taste and also its important vitamins and minerals.

 

Orange and Tomato Soup :

Omit carrot and beetroot in the above recipe . Peel one (or ) two sweet oranges ( loose jacketed ) and add it when the tomatoes are three fourth cooked . Follow the same procedure .

 

Variation :

Above mentioned soup can be done without carrots and beetroots . For best result select ripe red tomatoes which are sweet in nature . Discard any green portions while chopping tomatoes . If tomatoes are sour little more sugar can be added . When serving this soup for guests and children top with little fresh butter .
