Sunshine Salad



Sunshine Salad

Tangy, crunchy, sweet, and all-around sensational – this dish delivers the joy of a sunny afternoon in every bite. 

Serves 4 



6 cups torn mixed salad greens
1 (11- ounce ) can mandarin oranges, rinsed and drained
¼ cup apricot spreadable fruit
2 tablespoons white distilled vinegar
2 tablespoons SPLENDA Granular
¼ cup chopped walnuts

In a large bowl, combine salad greens and mandarin oranges, In a small bowl, combine spreadable fruit, vinegar, and SPLENDA Drizzled dressing mixture evenly over salad mixture. Toss gently to coat. For each salad, place 1 ½ cups salad mixture on a plate and sprinkle 1 tablespoon walnuts over top. Serve at once.
