Beef and Noodle soup with tomatoes

Check your grocer’s for different brands of fat – free beef broth and taste test a couple. Once you find the one you like best, you’re ready to make delectable soups like this one with very little fuss.
Serves 4 (1 ¼ cups) 



  8 ounces extra – lean sirloin beef or turkey breast
½ cup chopped onion
1 (14- ounce) can lower – sodium fat – free beef broth
2 cups water
1 tablespoon SPLENDA Granular
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 ¾ cups uncooked fine egg noodles
In a large saucepan sprayed with butter- flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in beef broth, undrained tomatoes, and water. Add DPLENDA parsley flakes and black pepper Mix well to combine. Bring mixture to a boil. Stir in uncooked noodles. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.

Each serving equals
