Classic Cranberry Salad

It’s a great way to adorn to holiday buffet table, but this spectacular molded salad is too good to enjoy only on special occasions just think how pretty this rosy-red delight will look on your dinner plates! 

Serves 6



2 envelope unflavored gelatin
¾ cup cold water
1 cup reduced – calorie cranberry juice cocktail
½ cup SPLENDA Granular
1 (8- ounce) can crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, drained
1 cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup (21 small) cored, unpeeled and chopped Red Delicious
Apples
1 ½ cups finely diced celery 

In a small saucepan, sprinkle dry gelatin over water and let soften for a few minutes. Cook over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, stirring often. Remove from heat, Stir in cranberry juice cocktail. Pour mixture into a large bowl. Add SPLENDA and pineapple. Mix well to combine. Stir in cranberries, apples, and celery. Pour mixture into an 8 - by - 8 - inch dish Refrigerate until firm. About 3 hours. Cut into 6 servings.
