Oatmeal Chip Cookies

adoration. Oatmeal and chocolate are a dream
team that deserves just as such adoration . Oatmeal and chocolate are a dream team that will win your
heart!
Serves 16 ( 2 each)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon hot water
1 ½ cup SPLENDA Granular
2/3 cup reduced calorie
margarine
1/3 cup unsweetened
applesauce
2 eggs, or equivalent in
egg substitute
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
extract
1 teaspoon table salt
1 ½ cups all – purpose
flour
2 cup quick oats
Preheat o even to 375degrees. Spray
36 baking sheets with butter flavored
cooking spray In a small, bowl, combine baking soda and hot water. Set aside In a large bowl, cream
SPLENDA margarine and applesauce using a sturdy spoon. Stir in eggs , vanilla
extract baking soda mixture , and salt . Add flour and oats . Mix gently just to combine. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop
batter by tablespoonful onto prepared baking
sheets to from 32 cookies. Lightly flatten cookies with the bottom of
glass sprayed with butter flavored cooking
spray. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes Do not overbake. Place baking sheets on wire rack
and let set for 5 minutes. Remove cookies from baking sheets and continue to
cool on wire racks.
