Marshmallow Fudge Bars

Grand glorious and so delicious , you’ll be glad you chose these for your next children’s party. This marshmallows melt just enough to be velvety smooth , and the chocolate enrobes them in beauty!

Serves 12 ( 2 each)

½ cup reduced calorie margarine
¾ cup SPLENDA Granular
2 eggs , or equivalent I egg substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cu all purpose flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
½  teaspoon table salt
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup miniature marshmallows
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
¼ cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 7-by-11-inch biscuit an with butter – flavored cooking spray. In a large owl, cream margarine and SPLEBNDA, using a sturdy spoon. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract. Add flour , baking powder , salt, and cocoa . Mix gently just to combine . Fold in Marshmallows . Evenly spread batter into prepared pan . Sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts evenly over top . Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Place pan on a wire rack and allow to cool completely. Cut into 24 bars.
