If you’ve never tasted a true “hot” potato salad, I’m thrilled to think that this one will awaken your taste buds to a fantastic taste treat! It’s a savory superstar at our house, and soon ( I hope) will be at yours.

Serves 6 ( ½ cup)

3 cups diced cooked potatoes
3 tablespoons purchased real bacon bits
1/8 teaspoon celery seed
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup water
¼ cup SPLENDA Granular
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes

In a large bowl , combine potatoes, bacon bits, and celery seed . In a small saucepan, combine, vinegar and water. Stir in SPLENDA , mustard , and onion flakes. Cook over medium heat until mixture is hot, but not boiling, stirring often. Pour hot mixture over potato mixture. Toss well to coat. Serve at once.
