Garden Patch Relish

Garden Patch Relish

You can never have too many crunchy fresh side salads during those long, hot summer month, right? If you’re a fan of this type of recipe but you’ve never attacked your pantry self with celery seed, I recommended treating yourself to these special spices. Their intense flavor makes all the difference!

½ cup SPLENDA Granular
¼ cup white distilled vinegar
¾ teaspoon table Salt
½ teaspoon yellow mustard seed
¼ teaspoon celery seed
3 cup finely shredded cabbage
1 ½ cups unpeeled and shredded cucumber
½ cup chopped red bell pepper

In a large bowl, combine SPLENDA, vine gar salt, mustard seed, and celery seed. Add cabbage, cucumber, and res pepper. Mix well to combine. Spoon mixture into a cover container. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Makes 2 cups. Will keep for 1 week.

2 tablespoon serving equals
