Holiday Nut Spread
This is wonderfully good anytime of
the year (as long as you have some cranberries stored in the freezer), But it’s
especially nice during the holiday season!
Serves 6 ( ¼ cup)
1 ( 8- ounce) package fat
– free cream cheese
2 tablespoons orange
marmalade spreadable fruit
1/3 cup SPLENDA Granular
1 cup fresh or frozen
whole cranberries, finely chopped
¼ cup chopped walnuts
In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese
with a sturdy spoon until soft. Stir in spreadable fruit and SPLENDA, add cranberries
and walnuts. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30
minutes. Gently stir again before serving.
