Coffee shop Cappuccino Mocha Shake

How can anyone feel deprived when sipping a tall glass of such velvety richness! I love how the cinnamon gives this sensational shake that little extra pizzazz.

Serves 2 (1 full cup)

1 cup fat – free milk
1 teaspoon dry instant coffee crystals
¼ cup SPLENDA Granular
1 cup sugar – and fat – free chocolate ice cream
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

In a blender container, combine milk, coffee crystals, and SPLENDA . Cover and process on BLENDA for 10 seconds. Add ice cream and cinnamon. Re- cover and continue processing on BELND for 15 seconds or until mixture is smooth. Serve at once.

Each serving equals

27 gm Carbohydrate * 114 mg Sodium *
273 mg Calcium * 0 gm Fiber
