Simple Raspberry Sauce

If you keep a package of frozen raspberries on hand, in almost no time at all, you can have a delectable dessert topping to offers guests or dazzle family members. Try it over sugar – free and fat – free  ice cream, and food cake, or fresh melon.

Serves 4 (full 1/3 cup)

1 ( 12- ounce) package unsweetened raspberries
½ SPLENDA Granular
Evenly arrange raspberries in an 8- cup glass measuring bowl. Microwave on HIGH                    (100% Power) for 2 minutes. Add SPLENDA. Mix well to combine. Continue to microwave on HIGH for 1 Minutes. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.

16 gm Carbohydrate * 0 mg Sodium *
25 gm Calcium * 4 gm Fiber
