Apple Biscuit Breakfast Treat

Here’s fast and easy, crunchy-crispy morning marvel that everyone will adore! It’s wonderfully aromatic sure to call every apple lover for miles around to race toward your kitchen.

(Serves 6)


2 Cups cored, peeled, and chopped cooking apples
¼ cup seedless raisins
1 (7-ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
¼ cup SPLENDA Granular
¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-inch pie plate with butter flavored cooking spray. Evenly layer apple and raisins in prepared pie plate. Separate biscuits and cut each into 4 pieces. Over raisins. In a small bowl, combine SPLENDA, maple syrup, cinnamon, and pecans. Drizzle mixture evenly over top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Place serving plate over top of pie plate and invert into serving plate. Cut into 6 wedges.
